For those that say if a salad dressing is delicious it can’t be healthy are totally wrong! Grandma Luckey was a real person which loved to garden and could grow pretty much anything! She passed that love of gardening down to her daughter, Mary Coe, and granddaughter, Melissa Joseph. Melissa, who loves veggies and is very health conscious, experimented with making dressings and they were so good that by 2016 the company was formed in honor of her grandmother. There are four flavors from which to choose, including Maple, Garden, Lemon, and Dill Pickle, and are all made from scratch and bottled by hand in Shelby Township. Besides being terrific on salads, the dressings also go very well on potato salad and cole slaw, as well as pasta, wraps, sandwiches, as a dip, veggie marinade, meat marinade, or to sauté your veggies, or use it for stir-fry. They are available at Ninos, Busch’s, Plum Markets, Vince & Joe’s, and can be shipped all over the country.
