Thornburg and Company offers a hand-crafted, artisan-made selection of gourmet fruit preserves, honeys, and Michigan maple syrups. Our preserves are all-natural and cooked by hand in small batches. We support the local farmers by using fruits that grow right here in Michigan. You can purchase individual bottles or gift sets. Thornburg began in the heart of Southwest Michigan’s fruit belt by Master Chef Ryan Thornburg. Combining his love for the vast array of fruits grown here and is skills as a Chef, he headed into the kitchen and began cooking our gourmet preserves. The excitement and demand for the preserves grew, and Thornburg and Company was officially founded. In the fall of 2015, we relocated the company to our hometown – Holland. We have been encouraged and cheered on by our family. And have met so many amazing people along the way. And now you can enjoy the REAL taste of fresh Michigan fruits made by hand with love!
