With over 6,000 bee hives which produce over 400,000 pounds of raw honey each year, Sleeping Bear Farms is one of the nation’s largest Hive-To-Bottle apiaries! The company’s main product, of course, is Star Thistle Honey from NW Lower Michigan. All of the honey in our hives gets bottled as Sleeping Bear products, including regular honey, raw honey, crème honey, honey mustard, and maple syrup.
